Service Description

This Energy Assessment (E.L.I.) is an attitudinal assessment developed by psychologist and founder of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Bruce D Schneider. Different from personality assessments that can label you, the E.L.I. instead measures your way of being in the world (your Happiness Quotient) based on your attitudes and beliefs. When we collaborate together using the Energy Assessment as our framework, you’ll alter your way of being, shift your level of conscious awareness, and increase your energy and emotional resilience.
